HELCON was established in 1986 by Eng. Ibrahim Helmy and worked under the name of "Eng. Ibrahim Osman Helmy" Office of Engineers & Contractors.In 1994 HELCON started became a limited liability commpany (LLC) named "HELCON for Construction" Engineer Ibrahim Helmy & Co.
HELCON reformed in a shareholding company in 1995.
